Today, at the Made by Google event, the search giant introduced two flagship smartphones - Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL. Both new products have a recognizable appearance, in which models of the previous generation can be easily guessed.
Despite this, the manufacturer, in the role of which HTC again acted, seriously pulled up the hardware "stuffing" of smartphones, which now not only are not inferior to the decisions of competing vendors but even exceed them in a number of indicators.
Contrary to rumors that Google Pixel 3 XL, which fell into the hands of popular bloggers and IT journalists, is just the prototype needed to mislead fans, and to roll out a completely frameless device at the presentation, everything turned out exactly the opposite.
The leak was demonstrated by the very smartphone that we were shown today, with a huge recess in the screen, an abundant frame at the bottom, and pressure-sensitive sides.

But the materials have changed the case. Now both devices are made of glass of two different textures: the upper part of the backdrop is covered with smooth and glossy glass, and the lower one is frosted and rough, which houses the fingerprint scanner.So the manufacturer made analogies with the models of the previous generation, and at the same time increased the conductivity of the back cover. Under it now is a wireless charging module that supports chargers up to 10 watts.
In addition, the diagonal of the displays of both models increased, reaching 5.5 and 6.3 inches for the older and younger versions, respectively. This was achieved by reducing the framework, which, by the way, could be even less.

However, the thick frames did not appear on the display quality of the negative impact. Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL is equipped with OLED-matrices with a high contrast ratio, peak brightness, and amazingly accurate color reproduction.

The hardware base of the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are Snapdragon 845 processors, 4 GB of RAM and only 64/128 GB of internal storage, which also cannot be expanded with microSD cards.Pumped up and battery. However, as stated from the scene, the autonomy of the new product has not deteriorated one iota, and thanks to fast wireless charging, it will be even easier to recharge the smartphone than before.
